It’s made from equal percentages of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, with 50% reserve (older) wine and then aged for a minimum of 18 months, giving soft fruity but toasty flavours. This is a superb find: good quality, sensibly priced with a smart label, reminiscent of Bollinger RD.
