Loire
The Loire, as France's longest river, covers several different landscapes and resulting microclimates. By consequence there is a wide variety of different wine styles, in white, rosé and red but all have a freshness of style thanks to the area's relatively northerly latitude.
From Muscadet in the west, through Chenins and Cabernet Francs in the middle and Sauvignons in the middle to eastern Loire, there is something here for everyone who enjoys refreshing wine.
