Crémant
Our Crémants
The Crémants are definitely the best sparkling wines of France and they act as a good alternative to champagne. The Crémant of Burgundy from Bailly-Lapierre for example, is produced near Chabis from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, two of the three grapes of Champagne, and by the "Méthode Traditionnelle" like champagne. Bailly-Lapierre's pink sparkling wine is made from Gamay and Pinot Noir.
These high quality sparkling wines make an ideal apéritif. Each of them is the regular "Brut" in dryness.
